AUTOMOTIVE
The automotive sector is one of the sectors in which our team has the most experience. With a long history of solutions developed for OEMs, particularly for the wiring harness, pedals, rails and rear axle segments.
Automated stations for assembly and various processes such as drilling, screwing, riveting, laser marking and other operations, control jigs, visual inspection systems, in-line integrated cells, are some examples of the solutions developed.






AEROSPACE & DEFENSE
For this sector Mechanorma manufactures mostly jigs & fixtures for assembly, quality control and other processes.



SEMI CONDUCTORS
Mechanorma has specialized in the production of high-quality machined parts tailored to meet the rigorous demands of hightech manufacturing, such as semi conductors sector.
We understand the need for precision and consistency in this sector, and that's precisely what we deliver. We work to meet our customers needs, such as materials and specialized coatings requirements. We also enforce a stringent quality control and inspection protocols and provide clean room, compling with industry standards.



FOOD & BEVERAGES

WIRE HARNESS
Mechanorma holds extensive knowledge in the wire harness sector, had develop solutions that turned into industrial standards to our clients.
We mastered these industrial equipment solutions and we produce them in a make-to-order basis.
Grommet Air Leak Test Equipment
This equipment was developed to test watertight function in grommet using an air pressurized chamber to simulate real conditions of water pressure applied to grommet, without destroying or causing damage to the electrical harness wires.
It includes a workbench with a sealed chamber and an electrical cabinet with interface and control device.
Features:
- Different types of chambers available: Acrylic or Inox
- Different chambers sizes available
- Multi chambers available with optional independent chambers test
- Exchangeable test plates, allowing to test several grommets in the same equipment by exchanging the test plates only
- PLC e HMI – Interface and control
- Test by: pressure; vacuum; pressure & vacuum; or pressure & water for visual inspection
- Tests up to 500 mbar
- Scanner, printer and RFID integration

Crimping Workstation
This machine was developed to integrate splicing guns, together with the hydraulic drive and process monitoring system (provided by Kistler).
There are workstation with one, two or four seats, working independently from each other’s, and are individually controlled by a Kistler monitoring system, composed by the controller and a LCD touch screen for user interface.

Pressure Sensor Test Device
This equipment was developed to compare between a Pressure/vacuum sensor and a calibrated, higher accuracy, pressure transducer. Main features:
- HMI control and interface
- Tests Pressure, Vacuum or Pressure and Vacuum sensors
- Tests can be perform at up to 500 mbar

Wire Terminal Bending Machine
This machine was designed to provide an easy, automated process to bend crimped cable terminals according to terminal bending specification. It works together with exchangeable Bending Toolkit. Each Toolkit is setup to perform a specific angle in a specific terminal. Machine design provides easy change of Toolkit with almost no preparation.
- Exchangable bending Toolkits, allowing to bend different terminals
- Bending angle between 10° and 45°
- Toolkit - Terminal match using barcode or rfid (optional)
- Go-no-go bending inspection
